Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 12 hours after the order is placed. Please contact me in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs on a canceled order.  The item/items must be in new, unused condition without any damage in order to receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.

Returns and Warranty

All of my items are protected by a 3 day warranty.  If your item is defective and within warranty, you may contact me in order to obtain further instructions.  A copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be included. Upon arrival, I will verify the defect. Please note that if I find the cause to be from wear and tear the customer may incur repair charges and be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returned Products

Customer is not responsible for shipping charges on a defective returned item/items, only on items exchanged for a different size.

All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once I have been notifyed of any problems.

If any products are returned back to us and not found defective they are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
