Shipping Methods Orders are usually processed on the day funds are received and are shipped within 1 to 2 business days thereafter. Orders are shipped via Priority Mail or FedEx (for the larger/heavier items) unless requested to ship in another manner. If you change the mode of shipping, you are required to pay the extra postage. If you want insurance, you must specify that at the time the order is placed. If shipped via USPS, insurance is extra. Without insurance, I am not responsible for the actions of the shipping agent. THOSE OF YOU WHO LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR SHIPPING RATES. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.
Shipping Times I do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. Shipping Delays/Out of Stock Items I always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond my control such as weather and delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly, please review all information submitted before processing orders. The customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship your package. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out of stock orders will be held "open" until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon arrival.
My Refund/Return Policy
Your items are returnable; if you need a different size, you are responsible for the postage both ways; if the product is defective, I will pay for the return postage.
You will receive a refund if the item is defective and you don't wish to exchange it.
Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
